DAY 2: DUBROVNIK – KONAVLE – DUBROVNIK
After breakfast at the hotel, embark on a guided tour of Dubrovnik. Explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and stroll along Stradun while admiring landmarks such as the Dubrovnik Cathedral and Sponza Palace. Experience the enchanting views from Dubrovnik’s iconic city walls, a sight that will stay with you for years to come. Following the city tour, head to Konavle, located in the southernmost part of Croatia, renowned for its stunning landscapes. Visit a family estate where you’ll taste local wines, rakija, olive oil, and enjoy delicacies like figs, prosciutto, and cheese, offering an authentic experience of local gastronomy. After the tasting, savor a traditional homemade lunch. Next, visit the Konavle Heritage Museum to gain insights into the history, traditions, and culture of the region. Learn about the lives of the people of Konavle through the centuries, their customs, crafts, and artistry. Return to Dubrovnik and spend the evening strolling by the sea or relaxing at a nearby café. Ston is also famous for its salt production tradition, and you’ll have the opportunity to visit the ancient saltworks, dating back to Roman times, where traditional salt harvesting methods are still practiced today. After exploring the saltworks, head to Mali Ston for lunch. This small town is celebrated for its oysters, a must-try delicacy of the region. DAY 5: SPLIT – KRKA NATIONAL PARK – ŠIBENIK
After breakfast, enjoy a tour of Split, the second-largest city in Croatia. Embark on a journey through the history of Split with a guided tour of Diocletian's Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the Cathedral of St. Duje, the Palace Cellars, and the Vestibule, while learning fascinating stories about Emperor Diocletian’s life and the Romans. After the tour, head to the outskirts of Šibenik, where you'll indulge in a wine tasting and lunch at a high-quality winery that blends traditional methods with modern technology. The winery’s wines reflect the richness and unique climate conditions of the region. After lunch, continue your journey to Krka National Park. Enjoy a guided tour of this breathtaking park, one of Croatia’s most beautiful natural gems. Famous for its impressive waterfalls, crystal-clear rivers, and rich biodiversity, Krka National Park stretches along the Krka River, creating spectacular waterfalls like Skradinski Buk and Roški Slap, along with numerous smaller cascades and lakes. After the park visit, head to Šibenik, where you’ll enjoy dinner at a restaurant offering an extraordinary culinary experience. The tour includes walks around the lakes and a boat ride, offering visitors an unforgettable experience. DAY 7: PLITVICE LAKES – ZAGREB
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Zagreb. Upon arrival, check-in at the luxurious Esplanade Zagreb Hotel, followed by free time for rest and relaxation. Lunch at a Michelin-star restaurant will offer you a taste of the delicacies of Zagreb County. After lunch, explore the charms of Croatia’s capital. Begin by discovering the old town, starting with the Stone Gate – the only preserved entrance to the old city, then visit St. Mark’s Church, recognizable for its colorful roof adorned with the coats of arms of Croatia and Zagreb. Stroll along Strossmayer’s Promenade, and stop by Lotrščak Tower, famous for the cannon that strikes noon precisely. Visit Ban Jelačić Square and take a walk through Flower Square and the shopping area on Ilica Street. The evening is reserved for a fine dining experience at a Michelin-star restaurant, where you will enjoy innovative dishes with a special emphasis on detail. Overnight in Zagreb.
DAY 8: ZAGREB - END OF PROGRAM
