From the historic streets of Dubrovnik to the enchanting Plitvice Lakes, each day promises a new adventure. Explore ancient Roman ruins, savor local delicacies and enjoy the beauty of the Adriatic coastline. We start our adventure in Dubrovnik, Croatia’s jewel on the Adriatic, captivated with its well-preserved medieval architecture, fortified city walls, and stunning coastal views, with a timeless journey through history and beauty. We reach Pelješac, the renowned Dingač wine region draped in vineyards. We proceed to Split, a city with a rich history, best known for its stunning palace – Diocletian’s Palace. The next stop is Pag. Moving on, we explore Plitvice Lakes, crystal-clear lakes with breathtaking beauty. We then continue the tour by going through and reaching Istria, Croatia’s scenic headland, with its medieval villages, olive groves, and beautiful seaside landscapes. We arrive in the capital city of Zagreb, a historical charm with its Baroque architecture and lively street culture. We visit Slavonija, the eastern region, which unfolds as a serene tapestry of lush plains and traditional villages, offering a glimpse into rural Croatian life.  We finish the tour in Zagreb.

DAY 1, DUBROVNIK - PELJEŠAC - SPLIT

The first day of our adventure begins in Dubrovnik, Croatia's jewel on the Adriatic, where ancient city walls and timeless architecture narrate centuries of history. There is a walking tour with a guide and then some free time for exploring. We finish today’s tour with a trip to the southern part of the country and arrive at the Dubelj estate near Zaton, where we learn about traditional ways of obtaining olive oil with the help of horses. The presentation is followed by a tasting with a light snack. The next stop is the Matuško Winery - one of the most famous wineries in Pelješac. Tasting different types of wine with lunch. We continue our journey to the beautiful Split, where the powerful Roman emperor Diocletian lived and built his palace. We travel through time on our evening walking tour. Check in at the hotel in Split. Overnight stay.

DAY 2, SPLIT - PAG - PLITVICE LAKES

We start our day with a morning trip to the island of Pag, famous for Pag cheese. We visit the Gligora cheese factory in order to discover the secrets of all production, and try the rich flavors of various cheeses. Then there is the road to the salt pan, in order to experience the traditional method of extracting salt from the Adriatic Sea, as well as the discovery of an intangible cultural asset, the Pag lace, as well as tasting the famous Baškotine. We continue our journey to the Plitvice lakes national park, a masterpiece of nature, where wooden pathways guide you through a symphony of waterfalls, crystal-clear lakes, and magnificent greenery. The walking tour inside the park unfolds a sensory delight, with the sound of rushing water and the scent of pristine nature enveloping you, creating an unforgettable experience in the heart of Croatia's breathtaking national park. Overnight stay.

DAY 3, PLITVICE LAKES - ISTRIA

After breakfast, we depart to Istria, which opens the door to enjoying various drinks of the Istrian region. Istria is a world-famous part of Croatia precisely because of its wide range of wines. We dedicate this day to exactly that. We visit Kozlović and Kabola wineries, which delights with its wines and beautiful atmosphere. The beautiful landscapes will contribute to the rich flavors of wine, olive oil and special snack sampling. After some tasting, we visit the oil mill Ipša and learn about the process of oil making in some traditional and some less traditional ways. Overnight stay.

DAY 4, ISTRIA - ZAGREB

We take you on a unique experience of truffle hunting and tasting at the Karlić family. At the end of the Istrian tour, we participate in a pasta making workshop. We proceed to Zagreb, where we have a guided tour and some free time for exploring the city. Check in at the hotel in Zagreb. Overnight stay.

DAY 5, ZAGREB - SLAVONIA

Today the breakfast is followed by a visit to the eastern part of Croatia, an area full of magnificent fields and plains - Slavonia. The first stop is a visit to the Ramarin Ranch, which offers a wealth of activities such as horseback riding, fishing, airplane rides, and a visit to an unavoidable winery and wine tasting. We continue our journey to Kutjevo and the Kutjevo winery accompanied by an expert and tasting of several top wines followed by a visit to Enosophia winery. We end our day at Didin Konak, a rustic haven offering a taste of traditional Slavonian cuisine and amid scenic surroundings. Explore the renowned wineries along the way, showcasing the region's rich viticultural heritage. Wine tasting at the sight and some free time. Overnight stay.

DAY 6, SLAVONIA

In the morning, we continue our journey towards Kopački Rit, a large wetland area and nature reserve in Croatia, renowned for its rich biodiversity, diverse bird species, and pristine natural landscapes. We pay a visit to Tikveš castles, known as a Center for Presentation and Education with the goal to educate visitors about the natural characteristics of Kopački rit and the importance to preserve such an area. The journey continues to the small village of Kneževi vineyards, captivating with its serene landscapes, offering a peaceful retreat for those seeking a tranquil escape. There, we enjoy a tour of the wineries and some tastings, exploring the flavors of wonderful wines, brandies and liqueurs. Among the others, we visit Belje winery. Lunch is organized in a restaurant, Crna svinja, that offers all the best specialties of the area. Overnight stay.

DAY 7, SLAVONIA

We spend the morning visiting Vukovar, a city with a resilient spirit, notably marked by its endurance throughout the Croatian war of Independence. We visit the museum of Vučedol which showcases the archeological treasures of Vučedol, and Vukovar water tower, a poignant symbol of resilience which stands as a memorial to the city’s turbulent past, bearing witness to the devastating effects of the Croatian War of Independence. After visiting Vukovar, we head to winery Kast and Iločki podrumi, for a tour and tasting. Overnight stay.

DAY 8, SLAVONIA - ZAGREB

After breakfast, we head to Zagreb, where our journey ends.
